Terrible service and communication.
Made an appointment for my wife’s Mercedes to be cleaned and detailed, after this past winter. All I can say when they brought the car back is WHOA what a fabulous job. Incredible detail cleaning. The car looked and smelled like brand new car. I have never experienced such wonderful cleaning and polishing unbelievable.
I began using Atlantic Motor Car for servicing my Honda Ridgeline about one year ago. I have had service done several times and the results are always the same. Great work done by professionals.
Bruce has always been very supportive throughout any repairs we have had. He and his team will go our of their way to help us out, even when time is of the essence. We live about an hour or so away from Wiscasset but they make it feel like they are right around the corner. Hats off to Rick, our last repair he met us near Portland with a loaner car the day after a check engine light, he met us the day after that to swap back and problem solved, PLUS they did it less expensive than my local dealer.
