Take advantage of the elderly. Fraudulently bought a home from a mentally unstable man and refused to pay him. Promised to pay him half the value of the home hes lived in and owed for years. Dan then illegally tried to 'self help evict' tenants there by leaving a 3 day notice that was filled in with the wrong date, names and no notary signature where notary signature went. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!
