Absolute waste of time and money. I ordered a chest x-ray expecting a radiologist to measure the tumor in my lung. ((Advent did previously.). All I got was a chest x-ray with no measurements. Utterly useless to me. To make it worse, they refused to send the image to me. I thought that was illegal. If they won’t email me the image, I should get my money back, because all I got out of this was nothing.
Horrible service. Owner is beyond rude and unprofessional. Choose any other option besides this company.
The owner is the absolute disgusting. They took 2 weeks to call to schedule for an exam. After calling in, they mentioned there was a code error and needed the doctor to rewrite it. We finally got it sorted out and I needed to reschedule the exam due to meetings at work. The owner gave me an ultimatum that if we don’t do the exam today they would remove us from service. They do not show up. They do not call and keep you informed. The people who answer the phones have no compassion and are rude
They show up 5 days late. Their reports are not reviewed by radiologists, not even using medical terminology. Distrust.
