Galloway is very rude. I felt like I wasn't welcome. I walked in for x-ray at around 3pm and was told I had to make an appointment. I came back the next day and was treated awful. I do not recommend Galloway.
The worst new patient onboarding experience I've had with a medical facility in years. Don't bother looking for patient registration or medical history forms in their patient portal; they don't exist. Don't bother calling for them either. You'll be on hold for ever and if you do get a human, you'll get the run around. I was told I could stop by and pick them up - Really?!?! Well tried to call corporate offices for a few hours and NO one will answer the phone. They have techs over riding Dr. Orders for an MRI. Your Hammonton office needs to explain how they won’t do procedures ordered by doctors!! That’s a loss of thousands!
