went there with a gold chain-left with a silver piece of crap.Was told they did an "internal Investigation"and could not find any wrong doing on their part.They have a thief x ray tech and will not do anything about it
results of a very expensive test. We called AMI to see what happened, we spoke to two people who obviously did not care, problem not resolved. Supervisor's name was Tina who related the person in the Brick Office was off on vacation. Tina contacted a person in Wall (Nancy) who said there was only a preliminary report done. What an incompetent way to run a business, I am done with AMI.
