Let’s start off here. I have been seeing this office since 2016. Had a great experience here. They cared for me with all of my pregnancies. Then ended up with some issues they helped me for the most part but once you need a refill on your medication that they have been prescribing you for what they recommend you getting and you are still nauseous after having this done 3 months ago and they deny your refill requests. Highly disappointed with the lack of accountability, professionalism, and sheer rudeness of the front staff, Me and my partner both have tattoos and upon our last three visits we have received nothing but disgusted and rude comments and behavior from the front desk staff. On my three separate visits there has not been one member of the receptionist staff that has acted differently than the behaviors I mentioned earlier. Avoid this place at all costs, especially Dr. Centanni. Rude front desk staff, always. Dr. Centanni had no sympathy for any of my pregnancy symptoms. No meds prescribed for first trimester nausea. Had utis the entire course of pregnancy and only at the end was I put on a preventative medication. Was told that it was due to my being unhygienic, despite the fact that i never had a uti in my life until pregnancy. Turns out ii had a kidney stone that was cauing them.
