Spoke with Karla, I believe is the manager. She was very accommodating and was able to assist me with having having my scheduled moved earlier. Great customer service
This office is a complete disaster. They NEVER answer their phones when trying to schedule an appointment. After finally getting through to schedule, I was excited for the appointment date, only for them to cancel at the last minute. Then, they rescheduled me MONTHS later! How is that acceptable, especially when it comes to women's health? It’s obvious they don't care about their patients. I think it's insane that appointment are 5 months out as the soonest. Thankfully this is a routine appt but imagine if I needed something sooner 🫠
I had an outstanding experience at this OBGYN clinic !!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. I think her name was Diana but she was so sweet and making me feel comfortable . I was very emotional going into my appointment and she offered me tissues and was comforting me while I was anxiously waiting to be called in.
