horrible experience, treat you like a number not a patient and i’m beyond happy to transfer my care elsewhere. if you go through a miscarriage they truly don’t care like you would want them to.
As much as I love Dr Ajala and think he is great at what he does, I do plan to change providers mostly because of the incompetence of the office. I experienced my first pregnancy with a loss, throughout the first few weeks I called a few times because, as a first time pregnancy I was concerned about a few things (apparently rightfully so). My mom had an appointment here and Diana was very helpful and translated everything to us. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed at this clinic
This office has a total disregard for patients. I had multiple appointments set up for my new pregnancy but when I lost the baby, they canceled all my appointments and offered me one 6 months from now saying the early appointments are reserved for pregnant women only and since you’re no longer pregnant you can’t have those appointments and you’re considered a regular check up and we can’t see you for six months. Made an appointment a year in advance and they have canceled twice on me and have rescheduled me for the 3rd time. Will see if they keep this appointment. Never had a drs office do this before and feel like it's unprofessional and not a great way to run a drs office. Called around to see if I could find another place to book an annual exam but of course they're booking months out.
