I was told they do not give estimates for sleep study and if I didn't like it I could cancel. So I canceled. Atlantic health gives estimates for every procedure . I have many of them For some reason this group doesn't want to tell you how much it will cost. very shady IMO
Booked this appointment four months ago. While en route to the appointment, they texted to tell me it was cancelled. I called to confirm and they said to continue heading in and they don't know why I got the message. When I arrived five minutes later, they told me the doctor left and my appointment was cancelled. When they called to schedule, they told me they could "fit me in" in four months. What a joke.
If I could give zero i would. Made an appointment 3 months ago for this morning. I walk in to receptionist desk and they inform me my appointment was canceled on Aug 4th by Central Scheduling. No one ever called me, no email, no text. The doctor I was scheduled to see was literally in the office. Wouldn't fit me in. They said they'd fit me in October with another doctor lol. I told them id find a different provider outside of their practice. Do yourself a favor and dont book with them.
