If I could give zero i would. Made an appointment 3 months ago for this morning. I walk in to receptionist desk and they inform me my appointment was canceled on Aug 4th by Central Scheduling. No one ever called me, no email, no text. The doctor I was scheduled to see was literally in the office. Wouldn't fit me in. They said they'd fit me in October with another doctor lol. I told them id find a different provider outside of their practice. Do yourself a favor and dont book with them.

Same bad experience as others. If you miss your first appointment, you can never schedule an appointment with them again, even if you are near death. I forgot to set my appointment reminder and missed it by 1 hour. I called, I was told I was banned for life. It took me 3 months just to get the first appointment. They aren't in truth welcoming new patience. Be advised. Go somewhere else.
I canceled for my son's medical emergency and was told I can never make another appointment at the office. Nice going Atlantic Health, very unpleasant experience with office staff.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my daughter and I had during her recent appointment at this office.I scheduled this appointment back in September, providing all the necessary details about my daughter, including her age and the reason for the visit. At no point was I informed that the office does not see children under five or that the pulmonology services I specifically requested would not be available.
