If I could give a zero I would. Unsure what switch happened from Morganstein to Dr Anil but the admin service has been extremely poor since. I don’t get any of my messages responded to anymore, need to remind the office of recurring appointments. Staying on top of my Dr and follow ups is now a part time job for me. Tip: avoid and find a new general doctor
Dr Anil team is a zero star if I could enter it. Never getting back to you, not responding to anymore messages in my chart, and the system still has calls and questions re routed to Clark - it’s been years since he took over for Dr Morganstein. Fix your admin. Avoid!

The receptionist is so rude that I had to come and leave a review! My doc has recently retired unfortunately and shortly prior to him retiring, his practice was absorbed into this Atlantic Medical Group. I called them today to get a prescription refilled (that they had refused to do via CVS), and the receptionist was unbelievably ignorant, rude, haughty, unprofessional, and condescending throughout our encounter, culminating in her refusing to help in any way.
