The receptionist is so rude that I had to come and leave a review! My doc has recently retired unfortunately and shortly prior to him retiring, his practice was absorbed into this Atlantic Medical Group. I called them today to get a prescription refilled (that they had refused to do via CVS), and the receptionist was unbelievably ignorant, rude, haughty, unprofessional, and condescending throughout our encounter, culminating in her refusing to help in any way.

My experience with Dr. Andrew Salinas and his team was outstanding. The office is clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was taken back for my appointment right on time, which I truly appreciated. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
