A month ago I made an appointment. Since then it has been rescheduled 3 times with my final offered time being on 9/11. Nearly 3 months later. The person I did scheduling with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’m very upset with the office.
Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor and always spends time with you at every appointment. She actually cares and doesn't rush you in and out. The other staff is super friendly as well!
I received a huge bill which was a surprise. I was told by the front office that the tests are covered by the insurance before scheduling the appointment. Front office should have given me a heads up or at least should have informed me to contact my insurance but they failed to do so. It is not acceptable.
