This practice does not care about the patients and are not patient-focused on the whole individual. They refused to allow me to bring my two children. I showed up one minute after my scheduled appointment time (without my two children--would have been on time with the children) and told me I had to reschedule. CRAZY! I have never experienced such rigidness at a doctor's office before. They must only care about the money.
I am very disappointed with this practice and the way they handle patients. I have scheduled my first visit with them when I relocated close to this area. They rescheduled it with me 3 times and finally gave me one 90 days from the original date. I also scheduled an e visit which they called and hung up before I even got a hold of a doctor and never called again. I had printed out and filled out the paperwork and updated all my info on their electronic system (MyChart) prior to my appointment. When I arrived, they said that ... read more
