Great staff! A special thank you to Halimah, Pearl, and Dr. Khinicky. When I called the other day to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful, really cared about my symptoms and getting me exactly the specific help I needed. I've never had a bad experience here (with ANY of the staff).
I specified that I was a new patient looking for a physical appointment and asked if they have the availability for new patients before we proceed with next steps. I was told it was fine. I spent over 20 minutes creating a new patient profile and giving a bunch of sensitive information, only to be told that there are no new patient appointments until December. It's May, lol. Great doctor who has been my two boys (21,20) for a couple years now. The one complaint I do have is to schedule yearly physicals you have to call 4-6 months in advance.
Dr. Thomas’ bedside manner is Top Notch; you know that she cares and after being misdiagnosed this means the world to me!
I finally found a doctor who is truly invested in my health. Dr.Thomas listens and cares for her patients. I’ve gone to many doctors and was never felt they were worried about my health. Dr. Thomas listened to me and finally found a solution for me. I would highly recommend Dr.Thomas.
