Horrible location. Called to see a doctor for my daughter and the doctor is suddenly on maternity leave without any notice and no other doctor available for pediatrician appointments. Called back because now I’m sick and now there’s no doctor to cover appointments period they’re all booked up. No options given. No help!!! You only respond to good reviews but hopefully you can get some doctors to cover and get people seen that live in the area and don’t wanna have to go to the ER for a visit.
Dr Woroch gets 5 stars! The office itself, not so many. I have had numerous appointments cancelled because the doctor " was leaving early". Finally I spoke to management because it was untrue. I stuck it out. Today I go in the office to see if there were any available appointments. I expressed I would come back later, wait,whatever I had to because I woke up with a migraine and this is the third day. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Jolanta Potoczek Salahi. It will not be enough words to describe her professionalism, attitude, ability to hear and understand the patient. No rush, only endless attention. I wish everyone treats the way she does. Special thanks to the nurse Carina for care and support. My experience with them was beyond expectation!
I live in the apartment upstairs and one of the Hispanic medical assistant showed up to me and my girlfriend apartment with a Hispanic officer for no reason when I opened my door she was laughing and pulling him back I asked what was going on and they just walked away. Very racist and homophobic we have never visited as a patient don't know how they know our apartment. Crazy. I called and they scheduled an appointment for me in the call center and when I get to the office. The doctor they scheduled me with doesn’t except my insurance. I waited on this appointment for 3 months for them to receive me and not except my insurance
