Be VERY VERY VERY careful here. This is primary care, however routine testing is being charged at HOSPITAL prices due to their affiliation with atlantic health conglomerate. They make you sign a consent form--you will sign thinking its consenting to the test, but you are consenting to billing under HOSPITAL RATES. SMH. Wife was billed 4300$ for a TTE, where any other family doctor would be charging 80% less. I got nice surprise bill. This is fraud.
The team is friendly, but their billing department is absolutely incompetent. I had my annual physical done and I got charged for my bloodwork for the first time in my life. It's covered by my insurance, but they billed it wrong. HOW DO YOU DO SOMETHING SO BASIC, WRONG? Also, if you get your annual done here, prepare to pay for the 2nd visit for the Doctor to read to you your results, as its not considered part of your "annual". What an absolute Disaster of a doctors office. These clowns gave the wrong code for one of my office visits which should have been covered 100% by insurance and now I owe $1000. I recently lost my job and when I told them about this they told me too bad and refused to help me. Jolanta M Kibilska-Borowski is the best. She listened to my issues and took the time to explain everything. She is wonderful. The rest of the staff I encountered were so pleasant. I'm sticking with Atlantic Medical Group.
Dr. Patel and his staff are EXCELLENT. It is always easy to schedule a convenient appointment - Sophia is always courteous and helpful! Dr. Patel is a wonderful Doctor. He has successfully treated my pain and is a real gentleman. Dr. Patel listens carefully and is able to determine what is causing the pain and then determines the correct treatment. Dr. Patel is always courteous, friendly, and patient. I'm glad I learned about Dr. Patel and appreciate his expert and pleasant care.
