This place has become difficult to navigate and have a good outcome with. In and out as quickly as possible- treating symptoms but not the root cause. Trying to follow up to get treatment I got directed to other specialists for issues that should be treated by PCP. Really disappointing.
Dr. Chen is a brilliant doctor who will take the time to listen to you, and explain his diagnosis and treatment in a supportive manner. He has helped my family through many issues, and I feel very fortunate that he is in Farmingdale. The office is very convenient to get to, and the front desk is extremely helpful. Lyndie and Donata will help you with any prescription, insurance, or scheduling issues.
Dr.Chen is excellent! I am glad he's my doctor.
This is by far the best healthcare facility I've been to in the past year. Donata has been incredibly helpful and understanding, and Dr Keleman has given incredibly sound and useful advice and answered any questions I had! You definitely get the vibe that everyone here genuinely cares about your health, which is not something you can find easily nowadays unfortunately. I would easily recommend this location to anyone!
