Came here originally for a sick visit and when I made the appointment I gave the receptionist my insurance information and she told me there would be no copay for my appointment. I show up the next day for the appointment and they tell me the person I spoke to the day before was misinformed and I owe $50. I come back a few weeks later for a physical and they tell me I need to go to the hospital to get my bloodwork done but there would be no copay. Refused to see me because I was pregnant?!?! Very cruel treatment to a sick pregnant woman crying on the phone. Scheduled an appointment online for a sore throat, noting that I thought it was Strep and might need antibiotics. They call me 2 hours before my appointment time, refusing to see me because I’m 35 weeks pregnant and it’s “not safe for them to treat me”. I called reception 20 minutes prior to my appointment to ask if the doctor was running on time, I was told yes. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes after my appointment. When I was brought back the first thing the medical assistant told me was the doctor was running behind. It shows poor management and makes me think the medical treatment will follow suit.
