Was referred to Morristown hematology Dr. Cherry by my cardiologist for anemia I tried to make an appointment 10/11/2024and was told Dr. Cherry didn’t take new patients for anemia and they would get back to me for a possible exception. This office is absolutely terrible and the staff are extremely rude - including the office manager. I have been refused care when there are clearly concerns I need to meet with a doctor to address. I was tossed around between 4 different administrative employees. I was given nothing but an attitude, disrespectful tone and was spoken over numerous times. It has take over 4 months to find out anything about my blood diagnosis. This instituitions administration is horrid. You will constantly experience long waits, missed or canceled appointments. They are rude and honestly not helpful nor care for their patients. This is a horrible practice. Avoid at all costs.
