Im giving a 3 because Dr Gabriel is a good dr. But the front desk staff needs to learn some customer service skills. My mom had an appointment in June and was referred to chapel Hill for a liver transplant. After asking them twice to fax the paper the place in chapel hill still had not received the referal. And they change the appointment time without notify anyone. When I asked them about it. They said the fax was sent. But they had been having issues with faxes going thru. Excellent service always. Very friendly staff
I had an appointment scheduled and the doctor was over 30 minutes late. He was driving from the hospital that is right across the street. I had to see a PA over Skype or reschedule. Since all I needed was an appointment for my yearly endoscopy that was fine. It still took 20 more m I minutes for her. I have my endoscopy scheduled for tomorrow and I got a text saying if I didn't reply by 9:30 PM they were going to cancel my appointment. Dr Ibegbu has been caring for my symptoms for a couple of years now. I have been very pleased with his services, his pleasantness, accuracy, and overall patient doctor tendency. I Have recommended him to my daughter, and will gladly recommend him to others.
