Patients are given a specific time to be in the office for a specific procedure. The patients arrive and have to wait 2.5 hours just to be triaged. INSANE!!! Horrible patient care!!!
Hello this is caresha doctor Eric did a amazing job on my colonostaby he is the best dr i will remain him anytime the staffs was really nice and explain things.to u i feel really comfortable there i anesthesiology did a amazing job as well he's very nice i would recommend him as well .
Brought my mom here for a Colonoscopy test on 2/10/2026. My mom received a phone call from the office on 2/9/2026 asking her to come between 7-7:30 instead of 11:30 on 2/10. We arrived at 7:20 am and receptionist told my mom that her appointment is at 11:30. My mom tried to tell her that someone called and asked her to come between 7-7:30 but she ignored her as if she was lying and did not look into the computer to verify this change. I was truly surprised at the service. I think some of the staff were in the training stage Thank God for Dr. Ibegbu coming arriving. He started my IV and did the job of the anesthetic. Another doctor performed my procedure. Next in order for me to get my results back from the procedure, I had to pay $94.00 copay to talk to a nurse for less than 10 minutes. She had very little knowledge of what the doctor wanted me to do next. She told me to Google it. What an experience.
