Wow is the word that came to my mind!! I am so ecstatic about the Kinston office they are loving kind people that really care about you Dr Ibegbu is a Dr that is outstanding and I am very proud of my weight loss and being able to keep it without going through a lot of hoops I would like to thank you all for everything you all have done for me!!!!
Canceled my appointment because I just don't trust the office. My first appointment was inefficient and unorganized. It was a 2 hour in office visit for a 5 minute telemed visit with his PA. The content of the conversation gave me no indication that she even had my file in front of her. Honestly, this was a complete waste of 2 hrs + travel time. Got an appointment reminder monday night at 9:29pm about my appointment on Wednesday morning reminding me about everything I need to do/not do which better late than never i guess...however what i wasnt expecting was the $250 cancelation fee they charge (my driver ended up with covid and canceled on me so I had to cancel as well) and when I called to let them know my situation they told me about the fee again and I told them they should probably send their appointment reminders a week prior so patients know beforehand the co... read more
