If i could award zero stars i would. This establishment is a disgrace to the medical profession. Their lack of communication with the patient is ridiculous. How long test take to schedule is unfathomable. Dr. Eric Ibegbu has no bedside manner, very rude to patients and has the I dont want to deal with you attitude! Worse experience I've had with a Gastroenterologist. His staff is incompetent, says they'll get back to you they never do and they have no knowledge base of anything. The experience as of late has been extremely poor throughout the year so far. I’ve been having trouble with for even a single front desk person to even pick up the phone, there was a period where nobody answered the phone for an entire week with the wait calls ending themselves. I rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but the experience my husband has had dealing with this place has been ridiculous. The nurses after procedure were great but the front desk is horrible to deal with. After paying a ridiculous amount of money to find out results we find out from Dr. Ibegbu that we could have gotten them over the phone without having to put ourselves in a hole to get them.
