this place here is the absolute worse can't even get anybody on the damn phone how the hell am I supposed to get the damn CT Scan done if I can't inform them they didn't send over all the information needed for prior authorization and my insurance denied it I was assured schedule it with Atlantic health so they'll do the PA saw the doctor back in December still wasn't done don't waste your time here unprofessional especially the workers in the front that schedule appointments

Dr. Alam and her surgical schedule coordinator aren’t the best. I called the woman who is in charge of scheduling appointments and I told her I needed to cancel my sons appointment for surgery because I knew I wouldn’t be able to make and she insisted I keep the appointment and just call the hospital in the morning if I can’t make it. Didn’t make the appointment and now my son is being rejected by Dr. Alam because of the lack of her team member not listening to her patients requests.

Bad bedside manner. Was in pain and before she even examined me she stated she couldn’t help me. I told her to check me and then walked out. Horrible doctor

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist, Khiri. My wife had an appointment with Dr. Suhyla Alam, and I provided the referral before the appointment date. Despite this, she canceled the appointment without our approval, even though my wife is sick and truly needed to be seen. What made the situation worse was the very rude and unprofessional attitude we received from Khiri.
