I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist, Khiri. My wife had an appointment with Dr. Suhyla Alam, and I provided the referral before the appointment date. Despite this, she canceled the appointment without our approval, even though my wife is sick and truly needed to be seen. What made the situation worse was the very rude and unprofessional attitude we received from Khiri. great staff but awful doctor. very close minded and rude.
The office staff is terrible. The surgical coordinator doesn’t call when she says she will and doesn’t return messages. I had to call her 3 times to finally get to speak with her. Then she tried to act like I was being unreasonable when I complained. The day before surgery she called to tell me the time and called 3 times in a 30 minute period. I was in a meeting and couldn’t pickup. When I called back they scolded me that they need to confirm appointments before noon. Well then don’t start calling people at 11.
My Wife & I, came to see Dr. ALAM SUHYLA What an Amazing, sweet & Professional Lady. she had a Big Smile when she came in to the Room, asked the right Que. had all our info. in front of Her, she set with us & answer every Que. we had in simple English, treated us With a lot of respect, Gentel, Clean & PROFESSIONAL way. the all Crew was amazing. we had a wonderful experience, Highly recommend to visit her
I met with Dr. Alam. She was just great. Answered all my questions And checked my throat issue And gave me great tips and direction To solve my problem. Definitely recommend.
