I originally went to this group because my endocrinologist for almost ten retired. I was on TRT and thyroid medication and insulin resistance watch and treatment. I was particularly over do for my script on TRT and needed a new test. The new doctor, Dr. Sara Khaan, looked at my old test results for testosterone and flagged for my level being at 1200. Dr Shafqot ordered new insulin pump back in August for me & updated Dexcom G7 sensor. Received the pump pretty quickly. Never received the sensor. Ran out of old G6 sensors last Friday. Having very HIGH blood sugar & erratic readings on fingers ticks ever since.
HORRIBLE DOCTOR DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! Showed up for my appointment and was only about 5 minutes late and this arrogant Dr would not see me because she claimed I was “more then 15 minutes late” even though the kind lady at the front desk backed me up and told her I was in fact NOT 15 MINUTES LATE. Dr still refused to see me even when presented with the facts. Huge waste of time. Will not be trying to reschedule due to this horrible experience. I have serious medical issue that was discovered during a blood test and to get more answers I needed to see an endocrinologist. I don't know how it is elsewhere but in New Jersey its ridiculous. Just to get an appointment. See a doctor so I had to wait over 2 months to get to this appointment. A very long 2 months of wondering and worrying.
