Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr.Shafquat. For over a year she has been telling me shes not worried about my parathyroid and is more concerned with my weight. She Would constantly ask me if I’m “really taking my vitamin d” Ignoring my health concerns and questioning if I was telling the truth. I had to BEG her for a 24 hour calcium test. I originally went to this group because my endocrinologist for almost ten retired. I was on TRT and thyroid medication and insulin resistance watch and treatment. I was particularly over do for my script on TRT and needed a new test. The new doctor, Dr. Sara Khaan, looked at my old test results for testosterone and flagged for my level being at 1200. Dr Shafqot ordered new insulin pump back in August for me & updated Dexcom G7 sensor. Received the pump pretty quickly. Never received the sensor. Ran out of old G6 sensors last Friday. Having very HIGH blood sugar & erratic readings on fingers ticks ever since.
HORRIBLE DOCTOR DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! Showed up for my appointment and was only about 5 minutes late and this arrogant Dr would not see me because she claimed I was “more then 15 minutes late” even though the kind lady at the front desk backed me up and told her I was in fact NOT 15 MINUTES LATE. Dr still refused to see me even when presented with the facts. Huge waste of time. Will not be trying to reschedule due to this horrible experience.
