I’ve been a patient at Atlantic Medical Group since childhood, and I switched to Dr. Theresa Thomas last year. I was really disappointed with how billing was handled for my most recent annual physical. I scheduled it as a wellness visit, the same way I’ve done for years, and received the same labs and care I get every year. DO NOT GO HERE! I was a patient for 7 years, high turn around doc and staff , new staff extremely rude , hung up on several times, will not refill meds!
South Orange New Patient I discovered this GP service from an online search and booked online which was so easy and convenient. The communication was clear before my appointment and an easy questionnaire for all my health care needs was provided through the website beforehand which allowed for an easy check in on the day. Oh, it's super bad! You will wait for a long time even though you had an appointment indicated a clear time. Even the appointment is just for a second shot of vaccination! The management is arrogant, condescending, and treat people as numbers and cash maker. They postponed my appointment which had an early time. After you did them a favor to accept their random postponing, they still can not keep the appointment in time. Try to respect people's time and some ethics as medical professionals!
