She is a quality physician, but her office management and organization is atrocious. The soonest they can schedule patient appointments is at least two months out, even if it's an emergency. Twice I have come in for appointments scheduled 2 months in advance and they have lost my appointment because of 'problems with their system.' Even with them admitting their mistake, they won't schedule a make-up appointment, even with another doctor, for another month.
