I saw Dr. Scharfman for cataract surgery. Dr. Scharfman cared about my quality of life. I was concerned about having the surgery and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The entire staff in the office was nice and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs cataract surgery.
I had a horrible experience with this Drs off. I was never told that they do no participate with my vision plan. You would assume that you are going to an eye Dr, they need to accept your ins or they would tell you if they are not in network with your plan. Nobody told me that and I am stuck with a $270 bill for a regular eye exam for my son. I spoke with the manager, she was rude and kept on emphasizing that all the front desk personnel knows this. However no body warned us !! Beware, Never going there again
Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m a very anxious person and the entire staff was extremely accommodating to my emotions, very sweet and caring, wonderful people. I had the best experience here, thank you so much.
