Forrest completed some amazing work at my office. He was on time and courteous. He asked many questions to make sure he completed the project exactly how I wanted it. I will 100% use him in the future.
Forest came out to repair a drifting/sinking stage. He took the whole microscope apart. When he left we attempted to use the scope. Everything was dark in the eye pieces. He obviously did not test it out before he left. The condenser and light were put back together out of alignment, light source was 1 cm in front of the objective. No estimate was given. Then we received a 375.00 bill, 175.00 to come out and 80.75 for fuel.....Was it jet fuel?
Professional and was a great technician. Was able to successfully relocate a machine of ours and was communicated with effectively!
They have done many repairs at home and their work is always excellent.
