The wait is extremely long despite the appointment. Staff be busy chatting than helping work faster. With total regards how difficult and bustling work can get some days, giving appointments to everyone and unable to accommodate them is totally on them - my time is precious hence “the appointment”. I can’t be waiting an hour staring at the walls!
The clinic had improved somewhat over the last few years. Much easier to get ahold of and wait times are somewhat shorter than they used to be. Doctors are good.
I've been a patient at this clinic since they opened. My doctor is pretty great. My issue at this clinic is they do not have respect for their patients time. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing. Every appointment I've scheduled- I've had to wait more than an hour into the waiting room. Booking an appointment is useless. I don't care how long l have to wait because l know they're quite busy there. The staff is always friendly and professional.
I love my Doctor and I have seen other doctors at this clinic who were great. However, the wait times are often unacceptable even though you have an appointment. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful and will provide no information about waiting times. They don’t even look at you most of the time. I’m looking for a new doctor because I can’t put up with the level of disrespect and the dismissive attitude of the front desk. Worst reception I’ve ever experienced. Five stars for my doctor and zero for the reception staff.
