I’ve never left a review anywhere before, but we’ve had nothing but problems since moving in here. Maintenance just walks in your house without letting you know they’re coming, AC never works and is constantly going out, they say that they maintain our landscape and yet the bushes in front of every single house are overgrown because they never cut them, and you can never get anyone on the phone no matter how hard you try, no matter how many numbers you call, or voicemails you leave. Just like the other who have complained about the maintenance and how the houses are 80 and above. How do you guys expect me to keep my house clean and do what I have to do to keep it that way. When it's 84 in the house? I am pregnant and I cannot do anything in that kind of heat or I will get terribly sick. And another thing your maintenance people have a habit of walking in and not calling or knocking to let us know they were there. This isn't the first time it happened too. Stay far far away, nothing but poor quality houses with maintenance repairs so backed up it could takes months or years for proper repairs. A/C issues are backed up with it A/C being seen as a luxury. My house is sitting at an amazing 82 degrees cool with no eta on repairs if it ever even gets fixed. This for-profit military housing area is a joke. They do not care about the wellbeing of the service members or their families at all. Do not recommend at all 0/5 stars
