Brought my boat in for service spoke to Allen . He was very polite, patient and very professional on the phone. Schedule the appointment and mentioned I needed to go to Mandeville to get my boat trailer, since he lives there OFFERED to pick it up and bring it back to BSL . Got us in and taken care of next day. We got emergency radio and antenna and safety equipment mounted. They even recommended a good wax and walked us through taking proper care of the gel coating.
