First time using marine Atlantic and nothing but phenomenal service. Mike and his team went above and beyond to help us get our boat ready in a timely manner just before my keys trip with our family. I drove way out of my way to go see them and will be using them for all major services and warranty work here on out.
Service department went above and beyond.
Really disappointing experience with the service department. The only reliable way I could reach someone was to call the sales department and have them send a message. Communication from them was extremely poor. During warranty work on my new boat, the service department cracked the dash and then attempted to charge me for the damage they caused.
