Really disappointing experience with the service department. The only reliable way I could reach someone was to call the sales department and have them send a message. Communication from them was extremely poor. During warranty work on my new boat, the service department cracked the dash and then attempted to charge me for the damage they caused. I can't say enough good things about Atlantic Marine! They have a very welcoming, knowledgeable sales team who are very easy to work with.
