The Atlantic Marine Service Team and Management are true professionals. I had multiple issues after repairs were done to our skiff by a noncertified independent mechanic. The owners and mgt team at Atlantic learned of my troubles and as an existing customer pulled and properly repaired our beloved Whaler skiff at no-charge. What more could you expect! We bought a 2024 Tide Water and the salesman that helped us was amazing. However, we took the boat in due to the batteries being dead. They charged the batteries and said there wasn't anything wrong with them. Once again, the batteries were dead and everything on the boat was turned off. Also, when they put the batteries back in they didn't put all the bolts back on the cover. I guess it was too much of an inconvenience to finish the job properly. From Captain meeting me at the door everyone was 1st class to deal with. I had been to 2 other dealerships and got the runaround. No runaround here everything is straight forward and no games. Awesome job guys couldn’t have had a better experience.
