I live in one of the properties of Atlantic Management. Me and my child has been living here for 4 years in the beginning of the year I complained to my leasing office that I have a strong odor coming for underneath my sink as well as having leakage problems. They sent maintenance in to inspect and stated I did not have mold but did have a water leak under my sink. Their management has improved , they now have bilingual managers that assist with all emergencies and work maintenance. The properties were in bad shape and with bad residents, and now that has changed . Also they repaired all of the old stairs and sealed the moldy walls. The buildings aren't new and some have water spots in this outside of the buildings but nothing inside. Overall, the price is good and the units are livable. This is the most awful people to rent from. Mary and Dakoyia are the most hateful unprofessional people I know Dakoyia has a smart mouth and a nasty attitude.
*****UPDATE! I fell on their molded, unhinged, dated stairs! They really don’t care about you as long as that check clears! Lino, Mary & Amy from Atlantic Management & her maintenance crew will do anything to save money (keep painting over things, throwing nails in places they don’t belong & not changing things out completely when people move out or cleaning properly, if they were in office more they’d know it’s a cookie cutter job). Black mold all up & through the building attacking me & my son’s immune system, causing head... read more
