Very hard to return an item thru eBay. The item I bought a 6 cell mag light was advertised wrong a missing the rubber switch cover. After numerous interactions I gave up an had to order replacement parts from amazon. Customer service was not knowledgeable an I encourage anyone to think twice. Buyer beware

Don't buy. I didn't see any of the reviews prior. Shame on me. They never sent a knife and didn't solve the problem. Cost me 78 bucks to learn this lesson.

i've ordered several knives from this co and for the most part i've been happy with the product however my most recent purchase was their deal of the day and was supposed to be a$95 knife for $45 plus i paid additional shipping for expedited around $6. it still took a week to receive. expedited?? then the day it arrived after flipping it open a few times it suddenly would not stay closed. the detent ball failed. must've fallen out. i contacted their cust service and was issued a return mailing label. i dropped it off at the ... read more

After the first few orders I had been happy with them. Noe that they pulled a bait and switch on me, I have a different opinion. They offered to accept a return, I will give them that. I actually wanted the knife, the sheath they sent was incorrect to the knife and not the sheath they pictured on their site. The sheath they sent me does not properly fit the knife.
