Item arrived damaged, and they acted like I didn’t exist after I emailed them. Had to go through the manufacturer directly just to fix their mistake.

Don’t buy from these people the prices may be good but it’s not worth the headache they sent me an incomplete knife it was literally missing screws when I asked them about it they said to send it back and when I tried explaining I just wanted the screw if they could send it to me or just work something out they ghosted me I will be contacting my bank to get my refund these people make Atlanta look bad so disappointing WENDY CHANG is there customer service rep and she doesn’t care at all how she’s even employed is beyond me, ... read more

Very hard to return an item thru eBay. The item I bought a 6 cell mag light was advertised wrong a missing the rubber switch cover. After numerous interactions I gave up an had to order replacement parts from amazon. Customer service was not knowledgeable an I encourage anyone to think twice. Buyer beware

Don't buy. I didn't see any of the reviews prior. Shame on me. They never sent a knife and didn't solve the problem. Cost me 78 bucks to learn this lesson.
