Absolutely don’t bother. The customer service representative is accusatory and rude. Wendy Chang will be the downfall of Atlantic Knife. I’m sure the owners are good people, but if you ever have a problem, Wendy will quickly steer you away from buying anything from Atlantic Knife. I spend about $1,000 a week on knives—this is not an exaggeration. I purchased an expensive knife a while ago and had a dispute with Wendy. Bought a Vosteed Vombat with extra scales. Vosteed box was opened but knife was excellent. Other than shipping being slow I have no complaints. I don't get why this company doesn't get more 5 stars. Great customer service!
I have had several issues with Wendy chang she definitely does not belong in the position she is in right now she does not have a clue how to deal with people cancelled my order twice I personally wish that they would fire her get some help with a better understanding and attitude with people
