Terrible place to deal with, they act like theyre doing you a favor and pull every trick in the book to take advantage of a person They also have a litany of bogus reviews on ****** which make it seem like they are the greatest place in the world, but in reality, biggest bunch of crooks
STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership!!! Agree that they are bait and switch. After four hours of delaying us at the dealership, tried to get $900 above the agreed down payment. Then I fought back and they said ok we waited another half an hour and still came back with $500 more. Lacking in professionalism and dishonest dealing. Never never go there again!
This dealer engages in bait and switch advertising and ridiculous undisclosed fees, stay far away! I requested full fee disclosures upfront so as not to waste my time, and they failed!!!! After I test drove a 2012 Land Rover with salesman ******, (listed for ******) the brakes clearly needed to be replaced as they were grinding, way beyond squeaking. ****** assured me he could have the techs fix it the next morning.
