Absolutely fantastic, Kia is very knowledgeable and nice i will definitely be buying another car from him. He made a generally unpleasant experience very pleasant.
After having a terrible experience at Moncton Kia I decided to check out the location in Amherst. It was definitely worth the drive! There is an extended warranty bulletin put out through Kia for the high pressure fuel pump with the older Sorentos. They acknowledged that we already did the research and just needed their help with a diagnosis and replacement. They check up on me if I forget to book my oil changes and are super friendly. Jeremy is an excellent addition to the service desk and has excellent advice and demeanour. I will be back soon.
I had a lovely sales man. Crashed 28 days later and they haven't done the paperwork let alone. They did anything to get out of it!
