I was driving my Kia from Halifax to Moncton when my transmission started acting up. I contacted Cumberland and they took me in right away off the highway. Tim diagnosed the issue straight away while Jamie worked her magic on the warranty. They had me in a rental in no time on my way to my meeting. This team is knowledgeable, courteous and puts the customer first! I’d consider driving back for all my future service needs, and will definitely get my next Kia from them! Thanks Cumberland!
Worth the Drive! Cumberland Kia offered us the best trade in value for our vehicle, no pressure sales, outstanding customer service from start to finish, and of course NO ADMIN FEES.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful start to finish!
Monique was very nice and helpful overall good experience
