After four months of bringing in my 2021 Jeep Rubicon four by E for the battery to be changed finally got it back. absolutely terrible service department. This was one of the worst customer service experience I ever had anywhere. They kept my car far longer then expected ,barely communicated, and acted annoyed any time I asked for an update. Do not buy any vehicle from this dealership!!!! They are scammers and liars. I hope anybody elsewhere who has been scammed out of their money takes this business to court!!
Take vehicle elsewhere, I have to take mine to a mechanic after my vehicle has been there 2x in 1 week $1200+ 🙄
