Horrible customer service. I placed an order Sept 3,2020. I waited a month. They did not ship it out but they did take my money. I cancelled and reordered 4 days later. Oct.13th, 2020. They took my money again. I called Oct.30th, 2020 to find out that they did not ship it out again but they took my money. They tell you what they want you to hear regarding what is in stock because they work off commission/incentives. Knowing very well that they cannot produce the product. Shame on you Atlantic Ink Jet. Decent prices. the *Free Shipping* is a bit misleading as it's only for US customers, though i'm on the Canadian site. Either way, Sam helped me out with a lil discount on the shipping and got the order going. Thanks!

Awful customer service. ordered bulk ink cartridges and 1 cannot be recognized by printer, and company is unwilling to fulfill return. WILL NEVER order from again, and users be aware! you are at your own risk!!

I am happy with the package complete with the photo paper. The price on Atlantic Inkjet beats the competition (Staples, Office Depot, HP Store). No problems after a fair amount of use. Delivery was timely and the ink was well packaged. Will buy again!
