Terrible experience. I went in to look at cars and was immediately bombarded by Tony the GM who kept pushing me to buy something that was outside my price range. I told him multiple times I needed to think about it, but he kept trying to get me to sign paperwork right away. It felt like they were trying to trap me into a sale without letting me look at my options. Very unprofessional, I would avoid this place.

I've bought cars several places and came in only for the soil purpose to come in and add 2 new vehicle to my fleet with the intent of coming in and buying 2 more in the next week as well. I’ve been an Infiniti customer since 2006 and have always had excellent care @ Atlantic Infiniti. The service department is great and my car is returned to me looking better than when it was dropped off. The work performed is always completed in a timely fashion, and done right the first time. The service department personnel especially Emily is helpful and extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I don’t know what happened to their service department but has rapidly declined. I had heard this from a friend and now we are experiencing it ourselves. We’ve owned 5+ Infiniti and two of our biggest draws to the car is its reliability and their service department. Management/owner needs to look into what’s going on and start improving or they are going to lose repeat customers like ourselves.
