I live in an old building (Built 1910). The building was gut renovated in 2007 but the work that was done on the roof was not the best quality. I was concerned that an inspection of the roof to determine what was needed would be biased coming from a roofing company, so I paid for an inspection from Max Cohen since he is an independent certified inspector.
