While rebuilding lift cylinders on our 953C Cat Loader we realized we didn't own devices that could come anywhere close to the 1900 ft. lbs. Torque the Cat manual specified per the ram/piston attachment bolts.... Called Atlantic Hydraulics and made and appointment for later in the evening.... Got held up and arrived late to their shop a few minutes before closing time.... Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Typical business, let the receptionist go, and send EVERYONE to voice mail. I would give LESS than one star if it were an option. Customer service with this company is obviously not a service they are willing to offer.
Great work from these fine folks. Had 2 long forklift mast cylinders rebuilt in just a few hours. Been using them for some time now and have had no problems with any work they turn out. Keep up the GOOD work.
