Exceptional service, great staff and owner, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. They helped me to select the right unit that would be the best fit for my family and lifestyle, and guided me through the entire process (electrical, construction of platform, delivery, installation, setup, use, and maintenance). If I had known it was this easy to own and maintain a hot tub, I would have done it years ago.
Recently had a hot tub installed by these guys and they were great to deal with. They worked well with my Electrician and my Mason who I hired to help build up a wall as a privacy shield for my hot tub. Very professional, on the ball when it came to assisting me in anyway post installation. Greg and Steve have been wonderful highly recommend if you’re looking for top notch service and a professional and knowledgeable Hot Tub company.
Working with Greg to buy a Bullfrog hot tub was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Greg was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect tub for my needs. Before deciding, I shopped around at other dealers and looked at several premium brands like Sundance and HotSpring. I can’t say enough about Greg (owner) of Atlantic Hot Tub. I went to other places first and a buddy that bought a tub off of Greg told me to go to Atlantic. Seriously, best experience no pressure knew my price range and was so helpful. This should be your only place to shop.
