A great company to work with. Had a few setbacks in the building process but they were always there with me through the issues and were great at communicating with me. The end product is my dream home and I couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend to new homeowners like myself, they made the process beyond easy.

This is an extremely poor business. I purchased a home on March 2, 2016. The delivery date was supposed to be the middle to the end of May. It didn't come in until the end of July 2016. There was a lot of problems getting them to fix all the issues and it still isn't fixed. I have never had a closing on the purchase of the home. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this company. They are absolutely wonderful to work with, the guy rob that worked with us on getting our new mobile home was excellent and did everything and more for us. we absolutely love our new house we can't wait for years to come in our beautiful home. you want awesome customer service. they will do everything in there power to get you everything you want on a great budget. then you need to go to this place to purchase your new home. ******* ******
The customer service was aweful and saleman was not truthful when we purchase our module home. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Our first home buying experience was a nightmare. Love our home and thanks to the manufacture for standing behind there warranty fixed all the issue we had.
My mobile home was purchased in 2016. The company was supposed to put new stairs on the front of my home, which did happen but did not pass inspection. Maybe if they spoke with the Towns Code Officers beforehand to get measurements, it would solve the problem of having to rebuild a new set. I am disappointed with the promises that are made, but no follow through. Be cautious.
