I bought a $6000 heating/cooling unit. It was broke within 2 months. I called for service first thing in the morning on a Friday stating I would be home at 3. When I called to let them know I would be home, I was informed that I didn't have to be home to get it fixed and that I should have been first call. I finally got someone that was unprepared without parts or tools to look at my unit at 6pm only for him to inform he couldn't do anything until Monday. My family stuck in a 82 degree house. They may be fast coming out to check and diagnose the problem but if you need a part plan on a week or more for certain parts to come in. The part I need is over a thousand dollars. The technician said they order their parts from Texas. They probably use UPS and they are slow and the cheapest. They came out on Wednesday June 1 and the technician said it would take 3 to 4 business days now it is Thursday June 9 still no cool air . As they said to me your part wasn't on the truck today. Use this company. They are prompt, professional and the prices are great. They will get in, get the job done, and get out leaving you with heat or air. They respond to calls quickly and check up on customers to make sure all is ok. They are a must. I highly recommend them to anyone.
