Excellent hearing appointment, hearing aids were serviced and cleaned. Ears were cleaned of any wax. Definitely 5 star service.
I was very happy with my hearing test. I believe it was a fair and honest evaluation.
Dr. Richard is the most personable, honest, compassionate, caring, and dedicated Doctor in town. I was dealing with a bout of vertigo and called Dr. Richard as she had helped me in the past. She called me personally and brought me in the next morning. One and done is her motto and she does just that. She is honest and wants to help you not string you along for extra business. I won’t go to anyone else. Thank you again Dr. Richard for being there and caring so much. You are a true gem!
