First time visiting. Receptionists was very rude, dismissive and aggressive. They don’t ask about appointments they just let anyone go up and start paperwork before addressing who was next (or maybe they just don’t pay attention) then the doctortook a while came in checked my throat ears and listened to my lungs before stating there was nothing she could do or prescribe and for me to just get an X-ray and she’ll look over it, oh and said just buy mucinex.
This place is so unbelievably slow! Came in with 2 people in the waiting room to be seen. I was completely unaware appointments could be made and was made it wait 1.5 hours before going to the back. Was told my rapid strep test would take 10 minutes and it’s been 30 minutes without any results yet. If appointments are take. Then wait times should be posted so patients are made aware then there are no problems. But if I’m coming into an urgent care and see only two people I would assume I am the third person to be seen.
