If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely horrible. I was one of the first people there. It took the person there over 25 minutes just to check me in. She said she didnt understand the standard lab request for a diabetic panel. Pulled the wrong blood. Absolute nightmare. By the time I left there were 7 people waiting. It took her so long w every patient. I'll never go back.

I have used this lab for several years and continue to be impressed with their great service. I like not having to make an appointment and if they have a patient ahead of me I've never wait had to wait more than a few minutes. For this visit Daniela B. and Mital P. were on duty, both were friendly and efficient, I was back in my car within 10 minutes. Strongly recommend this service.

Arrived when they opened at 8am with my prescription in hand and was seen immediately. The phlebotomist was very fast, professional and it's the first time I've had blood drawn that I felt absolutely nothing! I tend to be a hard stick with tiny veins, but she was excellent.

Been waiting here for 45 minutes to get blood work. Still sitting here. There was 2 patients ahead of us and they’ve been gone for 25 minutes. I understand that the phlebotomist has to check the patients in and print out orders and all of that. But there’s no excuse for a wait this long when there was nobody else waiting after. It’s poor time management on her part. On top of having to wait close to an hour, we had to pay $15? Will be going to labcorp in the future. Wow... we called in advance to verify the test availability, arrived and checked in, waited 30 minutes with a sick baby for someone to finally walk over and say "we only do this for employees goodbye"...I don't know what needs to change, but maybe start with we can't help you over the phone on the first point of contact. And 2nd if there is a crying sick kid in the waiting room, maybe not make them wait 30 minutes just to tell them bye...
