I sat in a waiting room for over an hour. Waiting to even be checked in three people left while I was waiting. They said that they did not have time to wait. They did not even get checked in. When I finally got up to the counter? She first asked me if I meant to go to labcorp. The lady was very, very rude. Her name was Jewel Wilson. She told me that the results for the blood work would get there. (To my Dr's office) When they get there, just very off putting, I went to my doctor and insisted on going somewhere else.
Dana took care of me today. What a wonderful easy going experience. Caring and very attentive at this location in Byram/Stanhope. Thank you so much for being patient with me.
Horrible experience. 1 staff member was incredibly rude. I will NEVER go back there again.
