Pretty Efficient and I am an army female veteran
I am a US ARMY veteran. Under the VA website, it shows we are covered under this address, however, the health care NAME HAS RECENTLY CHANGED. I was told my bill was $145.00 which I paid before being seen (because they said they do NOT cover veterans) a couple weeks later I receive ANOTHER bill on top for $300.00 . Not one person at this location said that to me/explained that to me, after I asked specifically because I was paying out of pocket. I ask about HOW MUCH WOULD I BE PAYING IN TOTAL, they said $145.00 TOTAL. NO MISC... read more
If it was not for my primary doctor, I would never step foot in this place. The front desk receptionist is incompetent. They do not know how to transfer calls. They put you on hold for 15 minutes and transfer you to the other department where they hang up. So you have to try again. You leave a message for your doctor she never gets them. So I give you and F for this place. You are destroying your doctors' reviews and making it hard for people to go there. My advice is to clean it up or that more bad reviews will show up.
