Don’t come here. Over an hour wait for something so simple. They’re very under staffed and they move so slow to make matters worse.
Mostly quick appointment
Went in with a sinus infection Symptoms and I was told because I had an experienced the symptoms for at least 7 to 10 days that they couldn’t give me any medication. Basically they told me to come back in 7 to 10 days to spend another $125 to be seen by a doctor. All she cared about was swapping me for Covid. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any urgent care I’ve ever been to any time that I’ve been to an urgent care with these exact symptoms. I was always prescribed some type of antibiotics. Absolutely no empathy. The front desk staff only care about going home. I walked in at 7.32 and they told me they stop taking at 7.30, even though they are open till 8.00. I tried explaining my situation and requested to give an exception but they don't care at all.
Staff does not care, no physician was present on site and they didn't have basic equipment. The place is understaffed and care standards are scarily lax. Went in for extreme abdominal pain and didn't receive any diagnosis, referral (because no physician present) or testing. They basically asked me to go to my pcp again. What is the point of immediate care if you dont have medical staff on site
