They stole my expensive things cell phone they violated there order from police
I had a sleep study performed. No one called me with any results but they have sent me a **** and now sent me to collections. I called them. Emailed them. And even provided my personal contact with my lack of payment but no one will contact me to resolve. Basically they didn't perform the promised service, but want my payment. HORRIBLE!!!!
I am so glad I did not sign up for health insurance through this company. I asked for email verification to be sent to me because I didn't feel comfortable giving my bank account and routing number over the phone. I was quickly transferred to a "complaint department" where the manager chastised me for questioning the legitimacy of the company. He then basically hung up on me. The rudest most unprofessional organization..i called corporate 2x to complain..both times they would have someone call back..office of president no one called but they called dr office..it was a complaint about their billing NOT. Dr...i will never use atlantic health dr again..no wonder better business bureau fails them .they make summit medical look like champs No
Over the course of the last few years, with my Primary Physician's affiliation with Atlantic Health I have on at least 4 different occasions received statements noting that I owe an "Amount Due", circled in red. These are not $25 or $35 billing statements but rather $381.00 on the last one I've gotten in the mail, others have been as high at $450 +. When I contact their billing dept. I'm told that my insurance co. has just made payment and to disregard. This being for a Jan. 3rd. Dr. visit, with a payment due notice of July.... read more
