Hit my mom's car on the road and fled
HORRIBLE - avoid using them if you have an option. Gross and inappropriate conduct for drivers - Being made fun of and laughed at when in crises is NOT OKAY. Then they are charging $2000+ over the contracted rate with my insurance provider. Too bad that 911 gets you to them vs another option. I will use LIFE rides in the future.
