My issue is the BILLING DEPT. No one calls back. No one picks up. I guess “money” isn’t an issue.
Not even a full star. Customer support did NOTHING about a payment made in error to someone else's account and only drew it out past point of being able to cancel my payment with card company. Terrible fraudulent website. Horrible company.

This service is awful! If I could leave no stars, I would. Though the drivers were very pleasant, management is inconsiderate and unprofessional. Left my 93 year old mother waiting at the hospital until 10:30pm for a transport to a rehab (2.5 hours late). If they can't handle the jobs, they shouldn't accept them and if an emergency happens, they should have the decency to let the patient know and give them the opportunity to reschedule. Don't waste your time, money and energy on the service!
I was transferred from a Hospital to rehab. It was a short ride but very comfortable. I believe the man’s name was Brandon. It was a Monday with a 7:00 pm pick up. It was from Chilton to JDT (I probably have the drivers name wrong, so if the company reads this, I hope my details will be enough to reward him. The man lives in Kennilworth, I strongly believe.) He was very good polite & professional The ride was as smooth as possible.
