HORRIBLE - avoid using them if you have an option. Gross and inappropriate conduct for drivers - Being made fun of and laughed at when in crises is NOT OKAY. Then they are charging $2000+ over the contracted rate with my insurance provider. Too bad that 911 gets you to them vs another option. I will use LIFE rides in the future.
My issue is the BILLING DEPT. No one calls back. No one picks up. I guess “money” isn’t an issue.
Not even a full star. Customer support did NOTHING about a payment made in error to someone else's account and only drew it out past point of being able to cancel my payment with card company. Terrible fraudulent website. Horrible company.
