If I could give a one, I would. Had an appointment around 3. Didn’t get seen for a whole hour and a half. Finally got seen. Lack of professionalism. All jokes and when tests finally came back and I had concerns, they never answered my call. Called them multiple times and never answered. Don’t come here.
Love my doctor. Very caring and looks into the issues you actually have instead of ignoring your concerns. They treat you like a human instead of a number
What a DISAPPOINTMENT. Specifically and at length spoke to a staff member and scheduled the appointment for Coral Springs. I clarified the address before hanging up for the Coral Springs location on a Monday. I honestly feel like it was the doctor himself that I spoke to and he was either overwhelmed or short staffed when the appt was made. As a result I get to my Coral Springs appt only to find out they are in Miami. Waited months for this appointment. Only to now have to find another PCP.
Such a a disappointment! My husband had an appointment with Dr. Morrison at 4 pm they asked us a to come in a little earlier we got into the office at 3:30. 4:45 we’re still sitting in the exam room. I am calling our insurance company and the insurance commissioner. Our time is valuable also. My husband and I had 3 other appointments today and this was the worst experience ever and for my husband to be a new patient was very disappointing. Grateful for Dr. Morrison and his wonderful team! I was referred a few years ago and have been thoroughly pleased ever since. The staff is exceptional—friendly, professional, and consistently thorough. Everyone I’ve encountered has been truly wonderful.
